Review: Palladio Herbal Lipstick in "Paris Pink"

So last week was all about tags, haul and giveaway posts. But this week, am back with a lip product review....Yayyy..!!! My favorite beauty product to review is lipstick. Well today I'll be reviewing the Palladio Herbal Lipstick in shade Paris Pink. I bought this lipstick somewhere back in 2013 (last year). These lipsticks are under-rated and not much talked about so I decided to write a review on one of these.

What Palladio says about this lipstick:

"With luxurious moisture and pigment, this electrifying formula comes in 33 high-fashion shades that are sure to make heads turn. Full-coverage properties keep color in place for hours without drying the lips."

 My Thoughts:

This lipstick comes in a square plastic packaging. The bottom of the packaging gives a glimpse of the original shade of lipstick inside. The lipstick is creamy in texture and applies smoothly on lips without tugging. My lips feel nourished and moisturized after applying this lipstick. It feels very comfortable on the lips and is perfect for winters. These lipsticks have a strange cocoa kind of smell to them which few may find bothersome.

The shade I picked was Paris Pink which is a nice tea rose color inside the packaging. The shade of the lipstick appears much darker in the tube but upon application it appears as a light pinkish nude shade. These lipsticks are very pigmented and the coverage is great. The finish is semi matte. I am not much into nude lipsticks but this one is my favorite nude lipstick among all. The shade looks perfect when paired with a dark smokey eye.

The staying power of this lipstick is decent, not amazing but am okay with it. Overall, this lipstick is great and if you have access to palladio counters you should try these too.


The Goods:
  • Creamy Texture
  • Available in many different shades
  • Does not feel heavy
  • Does not dry the lips
  • Affordable
The Bads:
  • The lipstick may bleed because of creamy texture
  • Staying power is average
Price & Availability:  These lipsticks are available at all leading drugstores in Pakistan who have Palladio counters. I bought mine from D.watson for PKR 650/- only.
International Readers can find this lipstick at Palladio website for $6. Few shades are also available at Ulta for $2.99.

    Hey Huda! Since I have yet to find nudes for my lip colors, I want to know if it washes the skin out like milky colors do?

      Well it wasn't supposed to wash the skin out. But I guess for me every nude lip color does that. Nudes make me look washed out as am very pale. But still, this is a better pinker nude which I like personally... Yes palladio products are underrated. They are worth-trying :)

    This is gorgeous pinky nude shade... I love this kind of shades so much... Looks pretty on your lippy. Haven't tried anything from palladio.. Would love to try them surely

      I got mine from bluearea last year. I think D.watson F-10 also has a Palladio counter I bough 2 palladio glosses from them a few years back
