Review: DMGM Studio Lashes Mascara...!!!

I hope you all are doing well. Today I have another product review to share with u from my favorite locally available brand DMGM. The one am reviewing today is DMGM Studio Lashes Mascara in shade "01 Intense Black". So let's get to the review and see what I have to say about this newly launched mascara by DMGM Cosmetics.

DMGM studio lashes mascara comes with a long big wand. The shape and size of the wand somehow makes it difficult to apply mascara on the inner lashes. This mascara has medium consistency and is highly pigmented. It dries quickly. One coat of this mascara immediately lengthens the lashes and adds decent volume. The second coat provides more length and a bit more volume to the lashes. However, I noticed that I have to be a little careful when applying the second and third coat of this mascara as it tends to make my lashes slightly stick together (not a lot though). But this can easily be fixed with a lash comb so am not much bothered about it. Also make sure to apply the mascara light-handedly and to gently wiggle the wand when applying mascara from bottom to top of lashes.

My eye lashes are really short and tangled so am always looking for a mascara that not only provides great volume but also defines and separates the lashes. Unfortunately this mascara doesn't separate the lashes but it does make my lashes look much longer, fuller and thicker. The best thing about this mascara is that it is completely water-proof. I have tried and tested it many days and am impressed with its staying power. It stays all day long without smudging or flaking. At the end of the day, I have to wash my eyes with my trusted Ponds deep cleansing face wash to remove this mascara. Also am glad that this is the only mascara that feels very comfortable to wear all day long and doesn't make my eyes feel tired. This may sound weird but yes all mascaras make my lashes feel stiff and make my eyes feel heavier and tired. But this mascara is feels so light and doesn't make my lashes feel stiff at all.

As you can see in the picture above, it really lengthens the lashes and provides pretty decent volume. I am loving this mascara currently as it is actually waterproof, stays all day, doesn't flake, makes my lashes look longer and thicker. I really like the fact that it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes and doesn't make my lashes feel stiff or heavy. Overall, its a good everyday mascara.

The Bads:
  • Has slight tendency to clump and make the lashes stick together
  • The shape and size of wand makes it difficult to apply mascara to inner lashes

    I have the same problem with mascaras, they make my eyes look tired and they feel heavy as if I'm wearing too much. That's why I do not wear mascaras and haven't found any that suits me. Nice review but I didn't find this mascara very impressive. I am currently coveting L'oreal miss manga mascara.

      Yes that's the only reason I don't use Mascaras on daily basis too but this is the only mascara that feels light, doesn't make my lashes feel stiff or my eyes feel heavier so am comfortable wearing it all day long. Oh too bad if you didn't really like the results but for the price its pretty great. Many products perform differently for most of us. I have yet to try Loreal Manga mascara. Have heard so many good things about that.

      For some reason I haven't tried any mascara by Diana of london yet. This is definitely better than many drugstore mascaras available at this price.

    Expensive for its performance. Essence has better mascaras with better wands. Try their Max length and volume or Max definition and volume one. Both have orange bottles. The fiber one has black and orange bottle and its really nice

      I really like essence mascaras and agree for the price they are really great. I love the purple one the crazy volume mascara but all of those made my lashes feel stiff and heavy. This one never made my eye lashes feel stiff, never irritates my eyes and has performed better overall. So this definitely has an edge. However I agree price is a lill steep.

      Really? Because the one with fibers (black orange bottle) is amazing.. I too have thin sparse lashes and it doesnt make them stiff.. Its for 590.. I used the orange one before that and yes that made them stiff because that has drier formula which is good for thin lashes. And their wands are Ah-mazing!! Reach out every single lash.. I have a problem with wands because big spiral ones dont work for my thin lashes. I loved that too :)

      Yes I agree that price is a lill steep for drugstore brand. But DMGM has good quality products and their products are good quality for the price
