L'Oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Shampoo |
Starting off with the shampoo, it comes in a mustard-yellowish colored bottle. The 6 oils and other ingredients included in this shampoo are listed at the back of the bottle. The color of the shampoo inside is egg yolk like yellow. Let me tell you that I have very fine hair that are slightly frizzy. Because of the extremely fine texture, my scalp and hair become greasy very soon. L'Oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Shampoo leathers well and cleans my hair efficiently in just one wash. It smells really good and the smell lingers on my hair for 1-2 days after using this shampoo.

Now talking about the conditioner. The packaging of the conditioner is similar to that of shampoo. The only difference is that it opens from bottom instead of top. The conditioner has slightly thicker n creamy texture and is light yellow in color. Like the shampoo, the conditioner smells great too and if the shampoo and conditioner are used together, the lovely smell lingers on my hair even longer.
L'Oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Conditioner |
To sum it up, L'Oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Shampoo & Conditioner are great for those who want to add some life and shine to their hair. While I love the shampoo so much as it really adds life to my hair and leaves them more manageable and sleek without weighing them down, the conditioner however has not worked so well for me. It nourishes the hair well and adds shine to them but it makes my hair look flat and tends to make them oily even sooner. It might work better for me in winters and I will continue to use it from time to time. I really like how both the products smell and love the overall results of both the products especially the shampoo on my hair.
The Goods:
- Great for those with dry, dull or difficult to manage hair
- Both the products smell really good
- Leave the hair feeling clean, soft and manageable
- The shampoo leathers really well
- Make the hair look shinny and bouncy
- Adds life to dull hair
- The shampoo doesn't weigh down my thin hair
- The conditioner hydrates and nourishes the hair well
The Bads:
- Both the products did not actually make my hair thicker
- The conditioner does not work well for fine/straight hair
- The combo might not be the best for those with extremely greasy/oily scalp

DeleteWow amazing review! Seems like this combo is going to work perfect for my dry hair.. Let's see how it turn out though x
ReplyDeleteI am glad the duo made your hair feel better! :) Conditioners do tend to easily weigh down fine hair and therefore I use only a tiny amount that too only on the lengths and wash it out thoroughly! :) x

I am using it these days, its wonderful esp the fragrance of the yummy shampoo, but its bit unsuitable for the greasy scalps :)
ReplyDeleteI have sensitive scalp and when I tried using Elvive shampoos a while ago my scalp went crazy dry and so itchy. It was awful :( I really couldn't notice what it was helping my hair. I really wish they would keep their "hatth hola" when it comes to chemicals and start substituting them for good natural ingredients. -Sadaf
ReplyDeleteI will be trying it soon. This sounds good, nice review huda. :)
