Hey beauties,

Hope you all are doing great. So its the last week of 2014 and this year is going to reach its end in just few days. If I look back at the journey of 2014, this year was full of ups and downs for me. The starting of this year was not very favorable for me. I had been sick for a while and felt quite low but Alhamdulilah things got better as months passed. This year taught me a lot, increased my faith and really taught me so many things.

I went through some bad days in starting of this year, but Alhamdulilah I was blessed with many good days and special memories too. I achieved many blogging benchmarks, bought a lot of makeup, many products from brands that were on my wishlist, made many new blogger friends, exchanged a lot of gifts and did much more. Some special & happiest moments of this year include:

- Getting awarded with Gold Medal in MBA
- Sending Eid gifts to and receiving Eid gifts from fellow bloggers
- Getting my first PR samples
- Becoming Sigma Beauty affiliate
- Earning through blog sale (that was a new experience :D)

and many more.... Indeed there is much more to be grateful for.... Alhamdulilah :)

Okay so enough talking about the year and let's come back to the main point of this post. Today am sharing my 2014 makeup/beauty favorites with you. There are many things that I wanted to share in this post. But I decided to keep maximum three things in each category.  So let's take a look at my 2014 makeup/beauty favorites....

Makeup/Beauty Favorites of 2014

Eyes:

Starting with eyes. My top three picks of the year are:

Deciding just 3 favorites for this category was the hardest task for a lipstickholic like me. I bought so many amazing lip shades this year that I love a lot. But since I have to share just 3, my top 3 favorites are:

So here are my three favorite blushers that I bought this year. Although I got this Tarte deluxe amazonian clay blush (from Chic to Cheek set) just last week. But mine mine....am so in love with it. Love the shade, love the finish and the texture. This has to be on top of my 2014 favorites list for sure.

And last but not the least we have the skin care favorites of 2014. This year, I payed more attention to my skin and tried to establish a basic skin care regimen. I tried a lot of new skin care products and still am trying new products. My top 3 skin care picks from this year are...
