Hope you all are doing great. Its been a while since I posted any review on the blog. Been caught up with so many things lately. But here I am today, sharing my review on Jordana Eyeliner Pencil in shade 38 "Dark Brown". Lately I have been more into brown eye pencils since they look subtle and complement my eye color. Jordana Dark Brown Eyeliner Pencil is a gorgeous brown shade. Let's see what I have to say about this eyeliner pencil by Jordana Cosmetics.

So this eyeliner pencil is much thinner and longer than the regular eye pencils. The pencil is very long thus it will last much longer. The texture of this eyeliner is not very creamy yet it glides on smoothly without tugging. The pigmentation of this pencil is not very intense but decent and buildable. One swipe of the eyeliner provides decent color payoff and u can get much darker color with more than one swipes. This eyeliner pencil didn't irritate my sensitive eyes which is a plus.

The shade that am reviewing is 38 Dark Brown. It looks like a true brown color with just one swipe. However with multiple swipes, the shade looks much darker. I love using this eyeliner pencil to fill in my brows. It works great as a brow pencil. This eye liner pencil is not smudge-proof and the staying power of this eyeliner is pretty average. It starts fading soon and stays on my eyes for about 3-4 hours at max which is not really impressive. However, if used to fill in brows, it lasts a bit longer.

Overall, this eyeliner pencil by Jordana failed to impress me much. The color payoff is decent and it applies easily without tugging. However, the staying power is just average and its not smudge-proof. In my opinion, it works better as a brow pencil than an eyeliner. This eyeliner costs really less and for the price this is OK, something you can easily carry with you in your purse.

Jordana QuickLiner Lip Pencil comes in a slim retractable pencil form. This retractable lip pencil is easier to use and does not need to be sharpened. The pencil is quite slim but contains enough quantity of product inside. You can easily twist up the pencil to see the complete quantity.

Jordana QuickLiner Lip Pencil has soft texture. The texture is just right for a retractable lip pencil. It is creamy yet not too soft thus it does not break during application. It applies easily and smoothly. The tip of the liner is perfect for precisely outlining the lips. It prevents the lip color from bleeding. This lip pencil can also be used to fill in the lips. However, it does feel a little drying and can accentuate any dry patches on lips if applied all over lips as lip color.

The shade "Town Brown" is a nice chocolate brown shade with matte finish. It is a great shade for fall/winters. It can be used to outline lips or can be used to fill in the lips, as lip base, with a matching lipstick. It can also be worn alone all over the lips as lip color. The pigmentation of this lip liner is great and it provides good color pay off in just one swipe. More than swipes result in even better color payoff and coverage. The staying power of this lip liner is pretty nice too. It keeps the lip color intact and lasts on my lips for about 6-7 hours.

Overall, I really like this Jordana QuickLiner Lip Pencil. The shade is so fall/winter appropriate. This retractable lip pencil is easy to use, needs no sharpening and doesn't break. The color payoff is pretty great. It is a nice budget lip liner and I surely recommend you to try this. However, availability of this liner in Pakistan is an issue as it is already out of stock at Just4Girls. I hope Jordana Cosmetics Pakistan bring back these lip pencils soon.

Luckily I got the chance to try this Jordana 12 HR Made to Last Eyeshadow Pencil in shade "Tenacious Brown" last month. I really like all Jordana Cosmetics products that I have tried so far. Jordana 12 HR Made to Last Eyeshadow comes in form of a chubby crayon. The pencil looks similar to those twistable lip crayons. However, this pencil is not twistable or retractable and therefore needs to be sharpened manually. The crayon shape makes it quite easier to apply and use this as an eye shadow or eyeliner.

This eye shadow pencil feels creamy and applies smoothly without tugging. It is highly pigmented and I don't feel the need to use any primer before applying it. Its finish is kind of semi-matte to matte. The lasting power of this eye shadow pencil is really impressive and it lasts all day long without smudging, fading or creasing. 

The shade that I got is "Tenacious Brown" which is a very dark chocolate brown shade. It looks almost blackish brown at times. It works great as base eye shadow for a subtle smokey eye look. I love applying it precisely as an eyeliner. It is such a gorgeous shade that so compliment brown eyes and I love it.

Overall, I simply love this eye shadow pencil. It works great as an eye shadow and as well as an eyeliner. It is highly pigmented and has impressive lasting power. I can say it totally lives up to its claim of being a long-lasting, water resistant, crease-proof eye shadow pencil. I am definitely gonna pick up more shades from this range and I surely recommend you all to try this.

Hope your week is off to a great start. Today am sharing a new lipstick review with you all. It is Jordana Cosmetics Matte Lipstick in shade "Classic Nude". The shade is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for everyday use. Let's get to the review and see what I have to say about this matte lipstick by Jordana Cosmetics.

Jordana Matte Lipstick comes in a golden tube with transparent lid. The lipstick doesn't completely slide in so you need to be cautious when closing the lid. The cap of the tube is not very tight either so once again you need to be careful if you plan to carry this lipstick along with you in your purse. Overall, there is nothing fancy about the packaging rather it looks just average.

Now coming to the lipstick and its performance. Jordana matte lipstick applies smoothly on the lips without tugging. It is highly pigmented and provides fully opaque coverage in just one swipe. This lipstick doesn't feel drying nor hydrating on the lips. It feels comfortable to wear. The finish it provides is semi-matte to matte which looks just perfect.

The shade "61 Classic Nude" is a gorgeous rosy brown shade. For me, its a perfect my-lips-but-better (MLBB) shade. The shade is so gorgeous and I am so in love with it. It instantly brightens up my face and is great for everyday use. The staying power of this lipstick is pretty impressive too and it lasts on my lips for about 5-6 hours.

Overall, I am in love with Jordana Matte Lipstick in shade "Classic Nude". It is such a gorgeous everyday shade that would flatter all skin tones. I so love this shade and love the finish of this lipstick. The staying power of this lipstick is pretty remarkable too. For the price, I think this lipstick is really good and I will definitely be picking up more shades from the range.

• Feels lightweight on lips
• Gorgeous shade for everyday use
• Doesn't accentuate fine lines or cracks on lips
• Does not bleed
• Affordable

Okay, So I recently bought a few products from Beauty Joint which I shared with you in my last haul post. When I was going through Jordana products, this eashyshine lip color caught my attention as I like hydrating lip products and sheer lip colors. Plus, it was not expensive. Therefore, I picked one to try. These glossy lip colors come in slim plastic twistable tubes with transparent lids. Transparent lid makes it easier to see the actual lip color inside. But, the lipstick somehow gets on the lid and it gets messy very easily.

This lip color glides smoothly, in fact very smoothly on the lips and is hydrating too. I feel this one is more of a tinted balm or should I say its a cross between a lipstick, lip balm and lip gloss. It seems like somewhere between these three. The finish of this lip color is glossy as the name states. However, the glossiness disappears after about half an hour and then it turns into a beautiful natural semi matte finish which I like even more. Well this lip color doesn't feel sticky or tacky at all and doesn't dry the lips out. It feels moisturizing and feels quite natural and comfortable on the lip.It makes my lips look fuller and smoother. So, I like how it feels on the lips.

The shade "sweet strawberry" is a bright strawberry red shade. It smells like strawberry too. I was expecting it to be more sheer and less pigmented. But, this shade in particular is pigmented enough with medium/sheer coverage. When swatched on arm, it appears quite sheer so I had to swipe it more than one times to see the actual color. But on my lips it appears much darker and provides enough coverage in just one swipe. The shade is actually a bit too dark for my taste and everyday use. But, I love how this product feels really comfortable on the lips. My lips were quite chapped these days because of the weather and I was not applying a balm regularly. This easyshine lip color didn't enhance any cracks on my lips but yes didn't cover them well as it provides sheer (medium) coverage.

The staying power of this lip color is just average. The glossiness/sheen disappears after half an hour. But the semi matte color stays there for an extra hour. So overall, it stays on the lips for about 2 hours or so which is not impressive. But well, I like it as a sheer hydrating lip color which can be used as a balm or gloss. If you like sheer lip colors that hydrate the lips enough and you don't mind reapplication after about 2 hours, then you should definitely give it a try.


The Goods:

• Inexpensive
• Hydrates the lips
• Feels really comfortable and light on lips
• Does not feel sticky (like a gloss)
• Adds a nice subtle sheen to the lips

The Bads:

• Poor staying power
• Packaging (the lid just gets messy very easily)

I just love lip crayons/chubby pencils and since, I read about Jordana Twist & Shine Balm Stains, I was so tempted to try these. They are not easily available in Pakistan, but can be ordered via Facebook pages from beauty joint. I ordered mine through Hash in my recent makeup haul and have been using it a lot since the day I got this. Let's see what I have to say about this...........

Okay, so starting with the packaging it comes in a chubby twistable crayon. I like lip crayons and find them more convenient. Jordana twist and shine balm stains have a unique formula. It applies smoothly on the lips. It feels hydrating on lips and is moisturizing as the name states. The finish it provides is semi-matte with subtle glossiness. The best part is that the hydration stays there for a reasonable time and it doesn't make the lips feel dry after a while like MUA Power Pouts did.

This twist and shine balm stain is very pigmented. The coverage it provides is medium but buildable. It feels very comfortable on the lips. The staying power of this balm stain is quite impressive too. It stays on the lips for about 4-5 hours which is pretty good for me. It leaves a nice rosy stain on the lips which looks lovely. Am impressed with the staying power and quality of this balm stain and am glad I tried this.

Now talking about the color. I picked the shade "Honey Love" because I already have a lot of pinks and corals and this one seemed a bit different. Honey love is a gorgeous shade. Its a beautiful my lips but better shade on me. Can be worn, every single day. Its a pinkish mauve kind of shade with some brown tones and looks quite natural when applied. But, I noticed the shade becomes darker and a bit more rosy after a while. Am surprised, I tried it many times, and every time it became a bit darker after sometime. Overall, I love this shade a lot and its a beautiful everyday shade.

Overall, Jordana has again impressed me with this product. I love this lip balm stain a lot and it has become my favorite lip product these days. I definitely recommend you to try these. It's amazing for the price. There are many beautiful shades to chose from and I am hoping to get more soon.

It's the beginning of another week. I hope you all are fresh, happy, healthy and enjoying the sunny morning :) Am going to start this week with an eyeliner review. Am talking about the "Jordana made to last liquid eyeliner pencil" in shade Espresso Last. This is my first purchase from Jordana Cosmetics and I must say am pretty impressed with the quality of this product. Okay, so let's see what I have to say about this....

I was looking for a nice dark brown eyeliner which can be used instead of black for day time and uni/work. I read many good reviews on this Jordana eyeliner and was so desperate to try it, and luckily I was able to find one at Lush Grooming Bargains. When I first tried this eyeliner, I was seriously blown away by how creamy and pigmented it was. This is my first purchase form Jordana Cosmetics and I wasn't expecting a lot, but I was wrong. This one is amazinggg....!!!

This eyeliner is very creamy and soft and therefore it applies easily on the eyes without tugging. It is amazingly pigmented. I applied and tested it on my upper eyelid and also on the bottom lid (outside the lash line) and it didn't smudge. I have sensitive eyes so I don't use eyeliner pencils on my waterline. I just used this on my upper and lower lid and it didn't irritate my eyes so yayyyyy it's a winner for me... !!! But still, I 'd recommend being careful if you have really sensitive eyes because this product is not hypoallergenic.

The staying power of this eyeliner is great too. I apply a very thin line on the inner corner of my eyes and the line gradually becomes thicker as I move towards the outer corner. It stayed on my eyes for more than 6 hours easily but yes I felt the thin line on the inner corner started fading after just 3-4 hours. Overall, this eyeliner has great staying power and it stayed well on me too with some fading in the inner corner till evening. However, I find it a bit difficult to remove but that's not a major prob.

The shade I bought is Espresso Last which is a beautiful dark brown shade. It is almost a black-brown shade on me which is perfect if you want something subtle for day time. I always use "Diana of London super long wear pencil in black" but this one has become my second favorite and its my daily go-to eyeliner pencil now. For the price, it's just amazing and I think I have found a gem.... ^_^

Overall, I am glad I tried this eyeliner and I absolutely love it. It's available in 6 beautiful shades and am definitely planning to get a few more soon especially a black one. I am using this brown eyeliner approx daily now. Though, I can't understand why Jordana named it "Liquid Eyeliner Pencil". It's a creamy, soft  and long-lasting pencil eyeliner.

• Affordable

The Bads:

• Can be a bit difficult to remove
