After the O'Honey mask, I also tried their famous Turmeric Mix Face Pack and today I am sharing my thoughts on it. According to Jo's Organic Beauty, Jo's Organic Turmeric Mix is a fine blend of almond sandal, neem, roses and other essential herbs that clears out uneven skin tone and gives fairness and a healthy looking glow. Jo's Organic Beauty Turmeric Mix (Paste Made Using Milk and Rose Water)

Starting with the packaging, Turmeric Mix comes in a plastic bag like packaging. Packaging isn't really ideal in my opinion but since it is a powder product, you can easily transfer and store it in any empty jar. Directions to use the mask are mentioned on back of packaging. It is advised to keep the mask in refrigerator and use it within 6 months of opening.

Turmeric Mix mask is finally milled. You can see some natural ingredients like almonds visible in the fine powder. To use this mask, you need to make a smooth paste by mixing the turmeric mix powder with yogurt or milk and adding some drops of rose water. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse off. I made the paste using milk as I have dry skin in winters. The mask was easy to apply. I left it on my face for 20 minutes. I could feel my skin tightening as the mask dried. After 20 minutes, I washed my face. My skin felt clean, soft and fresh afterwards. It was moisturized yet didn't feel oily. It wasn't instantly glowing or bright but it surely felt soft and smooth.

It is suggested to use this mask twice or thrice a week. I can say with continuous use this mask really makes the skin soft and supple. It rejuvenates the skin and slightly evens out skin tone too. It moisturizes the skin well and leaves it feeling soft. It doesn't instantly brightens the face like the O'honey mask but with continuous use you will notice improvement in condition of your skin. Since it is an organic mask, it is gentle on skin and is suitable for all skin types.

The O'Honey mask comes in a plastic jar packaging. The main ingredients used in this mask are honey, oatmeal and cranberry. All the ingredients used to make this mask are mentioned on the packaging. Instructions to use this mask are also mentioned on the packaging. It is advised to keep the mask in fridge and use it within 2 months since it is made with all natural, fresh ingredients.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the jar of O'Honey mask was its smell. It smells delicious like cranberries. I applied the mask following the instructions mentioned on the packaging. The texture of this mask is somehow thick. It is a bit hard to apply and creates mess in basin. If you feel the mask is too thick, you can spray some rose water on your face and then apply the mask evenly. After leaving it on my face for about 20 minutes, I washed my face with water. While washing the face, I gently massaged my face with finger tips and I could feel fine oat granules gently scrubbing my skin. After rinsing my face completely, my skin felt so perfect. It was clean, soft and moisturized. The best part is it didn't over-moisturize my face or left my skin feeling oily but left it feeling soft, hydrated and fresh. My skin was literally glowing after first use and I loved the results.

I can say Jo's Organic O'Honey Mask & Scrub is surely a winner for me. Firstly, I like the idea of an all natural 2 in 1 mask and scrub. I have been using this mask thrice a week and results are pretty obvious. My skin feels balanced, firm and its not dry anymore. It feels so smooth and soft. This mask is made with natural ingredient and is gentle and safe to use. I tried this mask not only on myself but on other women too including my Mom and all of them loved the results. I definitely recommend you to try it out.

Its the Timeless Truth Organic Silk Fiber Elixir Mask that I got in my bloggers time goody back given by Natasha of Natasha Kundi's Blog. I have dry/combination skin. Therefore I am always looking for face masks and other skin care products that are hydrating and are gentle and safe to use on sensitive skin. So let's get started with the review and see how was my experience with this one...

What TT Claims:

How to Use:

1. Use after face cleansing, unpack the mask and remove white plastic film.
2. Gently place mask onto face with blue plastic film facing outwards.
3. Remove the outer blue plastic film and adjust mask to adhere entirely over the skin contours positioning openings for eyes and mouth.
4. Remove mask after 15-20 minutes and gently massage the remaining essence into skin.
5. Post cleansing is not needed. Apply skincare products thereafter to lock in moisture.

My Experience:
This pack contained one face mask that consisted of 3 ultra-thin sheets/plastic films. The instructions to use the mask were written on the back of the pack which I have mentioned above. I applied the mask following the above mentioned instructions. I must say the mask was a bit trickier to apply. However, once I managed to apply it properly on my face, it felt very calming, soothing and hydrating. I didn't feel any tightening of skin which I usually feel when I use any other face mask. I applied this on my face for about 15 minutes and then removed the mask gently. After removing, I gently messaged into my skin the remaining product or essence that was left on my face. I didn't feel the need to wash my face afterwards as there was no oily/greasy feeling after using this mask. However, I still washed my face as I am habitual of washing my face after using any face mask or cleanser.

Now talking about the results. My skin felt really soft and supple after using this mask. There was just one mask in the pack so I could use it just once. However I could still see and feel a clear difference in the condition of my skin after using it. My skin felt really fresh, clean, hydrated and nourished without being greasy or over-moisturized. It felt just perfect. I won't say that this mask actually tightens up the skin. But yes my skin did feel much smoother after using it. I have pretty sensitive skin and am glad that this mask was gentle on my skin and it didn't cause me any kind of irritation. Here is a before and after picture of the results of this mask.
Well am quite pleased with the results of this face mask with one time use and would love to try it again to see its long term results. However, I think this mask is a bit pricey and unfortunately it is not available in Pakistan. But as far as the results are concerned, this mask performs really well. It is in enriched with some high-performing organic ingredients which are really beneficial for skin. It is gentle on the skin and hydrates and nourishes the skin well. Overall, a nice face mask that immediately hydrates, soothes and freshens the skin.

• Hydrates the skin well (without leaving it feeling greasy or over-moisturized)
• Made up of three unique high-performing organic ingredients 
• Leaves the skin feeling very soft and smooth
• Great for dry, dull or aging skin
• Freshens the skin

• Might not be a great mask for those with extremely oily skin
• Can be a bit trickier to apply and use
• Not available in Pakistan
• Expensive

I have been trying this face pack for a while now. So let's see if Jo's Organic has impressed me with this product or not...

How To Use:

• Make paste by adding a small amount of the appropriate rosewater, milk, honey or yogurt, until the mixture achieves a smooth and creamy consistency. 
• Apply mixture for 20 min. 
• Wash off with water.

My Experience:
Since I have dry/combination skin so I just use milk to make the paste. You can alternatively use yogurt or rose water to make the paste and can also add honey for additional benefits. The paste applies easily on the face and its smell somehow reminds me of Cerelac (children cereal). The smell is not at all bothersome (But I actually feel like tasting it...lol). After 7 to 10 minutes of applying the paste, you can feel the face pack drying and your skin tightening. I leave the paste on my face for about 20 minutes or more and then wash my face to remove it. I don't feel the need to use any cleanser or face wash afterwards.
 
I have used this face pack a couple of times and I have to admit, it really leaves your skin feeling so soft, fresh and super smooth. Its neither drying nor over moisturizing and leaves the skin feeling just perfect. It is suitable for all skin types. The best part is, it is not at all harsh on skin. My Mom also tried this face pack and it worked really well on her aging skin too.

Before and After Applying Jo's Organic Beauty Oats & Green Tea Face Pack

Jo's Organic again has impressed me with this product. It is good for all skin types but is particularly great for dry/dull skin in winters. It immediately makes the skin feel fresh, soft and slightly radiant. After continuously using this face pack for a couple of weeks you will definitely see much improvement in your skin.

• Freshens the skin
• Great for dry/dull skin in winters

This year every blogger in Pakistan was saying so many good things about this instant brightening face mask by ORGLOW. I was so tempted to try this and luckily won this jar in a giveaway organized by Sparkling Makeup Blog. Woohooo....Thanks to Sparkling Makeup Blog and ORGLOW, I finally had the chance to try this mask myself and see if it was worth the hype or not. Let's see what I have to say about this Mask.

What ORGLOW Claims:

My Experience:
I have sensitive skin and that's why I am very particular about my skincare products. I am always cautious when trying new skincare products and to be honest, I was a little afraid to try this one too. But since it had all natural ingredients, I was a bit relieved to know that and finally decided to try it out. The mask is sealed pack. Once you open the seal you can see the finely milled powder inside. At that point you will also notice an awkward strong smell. The instructions to use the mask are written on back of the jar. You can use 1 table spoon of Orglow and mix it with some fresh yogurt to make a paste. You can alternatively use milk if you don't have yogurt available or don't wanna use yogurt. It is advised to add 2 drops of glycerine if you have dry skin or 2 drops of rose water if you have oily skin to your Orglow paste.

I made the paste using Orglow with milk. The paste was thin in consistency but fine enough to be applied on face. Since I was out of glycerine at that time, so I didn't add any glycerine or rose water in it and just made the paste using milk and Orglow.

Instructions to use this mask on the back of the jar state to leave the mask on your face for 10-15 minutes and then rinse it off gently. I applied a think layer of this mask on my face and then left it to dry for almost 15 minutes or even less. Now the thing I don't like about this mask is that awkward strong odor it has. Well, it faded away after 5 minutes of application or may be I got used to it. Luckily there was no burning or tingling sensation on my face at all after applying this mask. I could feel a tightening sensation on my face after 5 minutes of application. And after 10-12 minutes the mask was completely dry. Therefore, I decided to rinse it off and see see the results.

I washed my face gently and didn't use any soap or moisturizer afterwards to see the actual results. I was surprised to see that my face was actually brightened. I can't really comment on the tightening part but can say my skin did feel much firmer and smoother. I totally agree with the instant brightening claim this mask makes. My skin wasn't literally glowing but there was a sudden brightening effect which was noticeable. Since I have dry/combo skin, I felt it slightly dried out the skin around my nose. Other than that, there were no dry patches or no dryness caused by this mask at all. My skin felt much smoother and was feeling much much fresh. So yeah....it really works.. !!!

My Mom also tried this mask and she was also quite satisfied with the results. Even my brother tried it (rather I made him try it ...lol) but he actually was impressed and could see a difference in his complexion immediately.

So overall, its a great mask for instantly brightening, tightening and refreshing your face. It doesn't have any harsh chemicals and is made up of all natural ingredients which makes it safe to use on all skin types. I will be using it before any occasion, party or whenever am in need of a quick 15 minutes home whitening facial.
